Horticultural notes, correspondence, articles and talks, photographs (chiefly by Emil V. Hager) and legal papers. The collection chiefly concerns the development and registration of the Robin Hill evergreen azalea hybrids, a variety hardy enough to thrive in northern climates with flowers similar to southern India hybrids. Of special interest are the notebooks or "bed books" recording his selective breeding program. Correspondents include Fred C. Galle, Betty Hager, George W. Harding, David G. Leach, Alan C.
